To see shipping charges just add items to your cart than when you view your cart just use the shipping calculator

Due to the weight of some items price’s can change due to courier costs and in some case’s there may be an extra charge due to your location. But delivery price’s shown at checkout will cover most parts of the Mainland UK & Mainland Rep of Ireland (Island’s of both place’s are not covered & may have an extra delivery charge)

If an extra charge is needed to deliver your items you will be contacted first with the price. If you do not wish to pay the extra cost. You can cancel your full transaction.

We use several courier companies depending on the area that your order is being delivered to. We currently use Business Post (UK Mail) and Royal Mail for orders within the United Kingdom and DPD / Fastway / anpost for deliveries in the Rep of Ireland. World wide delivery are based on location and which couriers offer best rates at time of order

Returns Policy

How do I return an item?
If you are not happy for some reason with your purchase, you can return the item(s) in their original state and packaging hassle free. Contact us to arrange a return. The retail customer will be entitled to a cooling off period of 7 working days after having received the goods or at any time prior to receiving goods, the cancellation should be notified in writing (includes fax, letter or email). Cancellation does not apply to DVD’s, CD’s, audio or video tapes which the customer has unsealed.

The cost of returning the product unless faulty, defective or not fit for its purpose will be at the customer’s expense. If the item is fragile or could be damaged, please ensure it is packaged appropriately.
